Prayer Partnerships

Prayer Partnerships

God shows up in amazing ways when we pray.  As the family of God, it’s imperative that we pray for each other.

Consider a short term – maybe 6 week initiative – where willing participants of all ages are paired with others in the church with the sole goal of praying for them.

Gather the names of anyone interested.  As they sign up, ask that they commit to:

  • Praying daily for their assigned individual
  • Maintaining confidentiality for any prayer requests that may be shared with them
  • If possible, track outcomes of prayer requests.  Where did people see God at work?

At the end of the committed time, have a time of celebration. Where appropriate, share where God was at work.  Celebrate!
