We are excited to go on an Expedition Bible Trek as we Journey with Joe at Assembly this year!  Kids 11 and under are invited to join us for an exciting program of games, experiments, hands on activities, music and social emotional learning as we explore the story of Joseph. While parts of this program are only available to children of registered delegates, there are options for kids in the area to join in if parents are attending the free evening Plenary sessions or Saturday Learning Sessions!

Children of AGM delegates will trek through the story over 3 sessions on Thursday afternoon and Friday. Kids of parents in the evening Plenary sessions will explore the story through song, dance and media. Saturday morning kids will get a taste of a day in the life of camp at our “Camp in the City” experience through worship, crafts, games, cabin challenges and campfire.

Assembly AGM Children’s Program

Children ages 18months- 11 years old of registered delegates are invited to join our Journey with Joe program in our Children’s Room where we will have interactive stations, hands on activities, experiments, games and more as we explore our way through the story of Joseph.

Parents attending with infants or children younger then 18months (pre-walkers) are welcome to make use of the infant/crawler space as needed. We also have some high chairs and comfort space for you to make use of.

Assembly Plenary Session Children’s Program

The evening Plenary Sessions are open to anyone in the area to attend to join in worship and hearing the speaker. Details here. Children ages 18months – 11 years old may join our evening kids program which will include optional swim time in the hotel pool*, music, dance and media.

Saturday Camp in the City

Saturday morning at Assembly offers delegates and anyone in the area the opportunity to explore various topics through Learning Sessions. Details here. Children and anyone registered to attend or others in the area are invited to a Camp Day Experience. Kids will participate in some challenges, games, crafts, campfire and more as they experience a taste of camp in the city! There is also an optional swim time in the hotel pool.* This program will include snacks.

*optional swim time in the evenings and Saturday is available for kids 5+. One of our staff with lifeguard certification will be on site to supervise the swim times. Further details will be discussed with parents choosing this as an option.
